8th Annual Physicians’ Talent Show
Tuesday, October 9, 2012 was a rare opportunity to see your physicians as you have never seen them before; singing, playing music and even performing magic in this special, one-of-a-kind program. Physicians showcased their non-medical talents at the Sugden Theater to benefit the Neighborhood Health Clinic and the Steinway Piano Society Scholarship Fund.
The Physicians’ Talent Show was created by Sara and Greg Billings in an effort to further illustrate the importance of musical education while helping to support the Neighborhood Health Clinic’s mission. “This event it the perfect way to merge our passion for music and healthcare while supporting our community,” states Sara Billings.
The seven previous shows have raised over $153,000 for the Neighborhood Health Clinic and additional funds for the Steinway Piano society. “This is one of the most entertaining and enjoyable evenings you will experience thanks to the generosity of Greg and Sara Billings, along with our outstandingly talented physicians. Funding from the event will save lives at the at the Neighborhood Health Clinic,” says Nina Gray, Chief Development Officer.
