Nancy Lascheid spoke to over 500 people as part of a client panel at Key Bank’s Leadership Conference in Cleveland, Ohio on February 8, 2012. This is the first time a Key Bank non-profit client was asked to participate in the annual conference.
Key Bank makes every effort to work on employee engagement. “This is not just about employee satisfaction. We want employees to be motivated and inspired to go above and beyond in our assisting clients and the community”, says Mike Dillon, Naples Key Bank President.
Earlier in the year, while visiting Southwest Florida, several Key Bank executives toured the Neighborhood Health Clinic. This group of visionaries recognized that the community created at the Clinic has a synergy they are looking to achieve in their own organization. The executive team knew Mrs. Lascheid was a perfect fit for their conference.
“A dozen people stopped me to comment on Nancy’s energy and level of commitment. There is just something about her. She is a catalyst of good things,” commented Mike Dillon regarding the presentation.
The Neighborhood Health Clinic has received a $1,000 donation on behalf of Nancy Lascheid from Key Bank, who made contributions to each speaker’s favorite charity.
Additionally, Key Bank, through its foundation as well as a partnership with the Naples office, has granted over $20,000 to fund programs which improve the quality of life for Neighborhood Health Clinic patients.
