Neighborhood Health Clinic announces Arthrex as Platinum Sponsor

The Neighborhood Health Clinic is honored to announce Arthrex, Inc as the Platinum sponsor for the 9th Annual Block Party to be held on February 18, 2012 at the Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club.  This will be the third consecutive year Arthrex, Inc has sponsored the Block Party but the first year at the Platinum level.

Since 1981, Arthrex, Inc. has maintained its original commitment to provide the finest quality engineered products and educational services for orthopedic surgeons.  Medical education is an integral part of Arthrex’s philosophy. With surgical training centers in Naples, Florida; Los Angeles, California; and Scottsdale, Arizona, they offer unique, personalized hands-on education taught by leading orthopedic surgeons.  Over 6,000 products for arthroscopic and minimally invasive orthopedic surgical procedures have been developed by Arthrex and are currently marketed worldwide.

Community involvement is a top priority at Arthrex, Inc.  Over the past year, Arthrex, Inc. has donated to, collected toys and food for, and sponsored and participated in numerous fundraiser activities to benefit local non-profit agencies.  For a full list of their community involvement, please visit their website at www.arthrex.com.

“Neighborhood Health Clinic’s tremendous team of medically-trained professional volunteers carry out the services that make a considerable impact on improving the overall health and well being of our county,” said Arthrex Founder and President Reinhold Schmieding. “As a community healthcare partner, Arthrex is proud to support the clinic’s efforts to provide quality medical and dental care to low income, uninsured working residents of Collier County.”

The goal of the Block Party is to generate approximately 25% of the annual operating budget.  Thanks to the generosity of the sponsors like Arthrex, Inc, the Neighborhood Health Clinic is able to continue delivering quality medical care using a volunteer professional staff.  The patients of the Clinic are the real beneficiaries of the revenue generated by the Block Party.
