James A. Warnken, CPA – Chief Executive Officer

Jim Warnken joined the Neighborhood Health Clinic on October 3 with more than 20 years of healthcare management experience including CFO and CEO roles within the NCH Healthcare System. He served as CEO of DSI Laboratories from 1995 to 2000 and as Executive Vice President and VFO of NCH Healthcare System from 2000 to 2006.

Jim extensive healthcare background and commitment to the community is a tremendous asset in the continued expansion of service to the working uninsured.  He received his B.S. in Business with an Accounting Major and graduated magna cum laude from Lehigh University in Pennsylvania. 


 

Robert Tober, M.D., FACEP – Medical Director

Dr. Tober brought his knowledge of emergency medicine to Naples 32 years ago. He joined the Neighborhood Health Clinic as a volunteer in 1999 and assumed the role of Medical Director in January 2004. Dr. Tober continues to dedicate his expertise and passion to making Collier County the best place to receive some of the finest emergency medical care available anywhere!
 
 
 
 


Pam Cardec – Executive Assistant

Pam Cardec joined the Neighborhood Health Clinic in May of 2011 as Executive Assistant, bringing over 15 years of business operations and accounting experience to this role at the Clinic.

Pam Cardec is responsible for assisting with all programs, activities and events of the Neighborhood Health Clinic. Tasks include but are not limited to accounting, finance, human resources, and administration.
 
 


Ann Crews – Nurse Coordinator

Ann Crews started as a volunteer nurse when the clinic opened in 1999 and has been the Nursing Coordinator since 2001.  She is responsible for scheduling medical volunteers, patients and patient procedures. Ms. Crews oversees the medical support programs and continuity of care for the patients seen at the clinic

 
 
 
 


Dolores Doria – Patient Services Coordinator

Dolores Doria started at the Neighborhood Health Clinic in 2004 as a volunteer and in 2007 became the Patient Services Coordinator. Her experience includes 11 years as a social worker.

 
 
 
 
 


Raquel Gonzalez, M.S.W., L.C.S.W. – Social Worker

Raquel Gonzalez has 17 years of experience in social work. She received her M.S.W. in clinical social work at Florida State University and completed her post graduate program for social work at Smith College Schools. Ms. Gonzalez also has completed an Advanced Certification Program in individual therapy. She joined the Neighborhood Health Clinic in 2009.

 
 
 


Nina Gray, M.A., LMHC – Chief Development Officer

Nina Gray began as a Neighborhood Health Clinic volunteer in 1999 and immediately knew this was where she wanted to be.  Her volunteer jobs included outreach committee, speaker’s bureau, board member, development, co-coordinator of the volunteer program and Block Party co-chair.  In 2005, she was hired as the development officer, in 2006 she became the Chief Executive Officer and in 2011 she assumed the role of Chief Development Officer.  Her passion for the mission and vision remains steadfast.

Nina holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Arizona State University and a master’s degree from the University of South Florida in counseling and rehabilitation. She is a Florida licensed mental health counselor.

 


 

Erika Hinson – R.N.

Erika Hinson is a certified Emergency Room nurse. She has worked for the NCH Healthcare System for over 30 years and was one of the first employee nurses to be appointed to the hospital’s board of trustees. She began volunteering at the Neighborhood Health Clinic soon after it opened and now is a part-time staff member.

 
 


Pamela Nolasco – Office Manager

Pamela Nolasco joined the Neighborhood Health Clinic staff in August 2006 and after two years as the administrative assistant she was promoted to Office Manager. Pamela is responsible for coordinating and supervising all Clinic front office operations including but not limited to working with patients, volunteers and staff.

She is bi-lingual and holds a degree in business administration from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, Dominican Republic.

 
 


Cynthia Reyes – Office Assistant

Cynthia Reyes joined the Neighborhood Health Clinic in January of 2011 as the Administrative Assistant. Her responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling patient visits and assisting in assessing patient eligibility.

Cynthia is hoping to pursue a degree in the medical field. She appreciates the opportunities for her at the Neighborhood Health Clinic.

 
 


Adriana Seczon – Medial Room Coordinator

Adriana Seczon became the Medication Room Coordinator in 2003. She is a Certified Pharmacy Technician with 11 years of pharmacy experience. Adriana is responsible for running all aspects of the medication room including ordering and monitoring all medications and managing the Patient Assistance Program, as well as supervising staff and volunteers.

 
 


Nikki Strong – Community Outreach

Nikki Strong joined the Neighborhood Health Clinic in January of 2011 as the Director of Development and Communications. She worked on the Clinic’s annual signature event as a volunteer for over three years prior to joining the staff.

Nikki is responsible for campaigns to raise unrestricted donations. She coordinates special events and community outreach. She is also establishing a Young Professionals Advisory Committee.
