Q: What are the hours of operation?
A: The Clinic is open for patients on Mondays and Thursdays from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm and alternate Saturdays from 8:00 am to 11:00 am. The Clinic also has administrative hours all weekdays except Wednesdays.
Q: How do I schedule a visit?
A: Please call the Neighborhood Health Clinic at 239.261.6600 to schedule a visit. You need to provide a photo ID, proof of residency in Collier County for the past 30 days, consecutive paystubs for the last 30 day period and your most recent tax form. Q: What is the patient contribution for services?
A: Patients are asked to contribute $30 for the first visit and $20 for each subsequent visit. Please make your contribution a priority in your budget.

A: The Neighborhood Health Clinic a 501(c)(3) is non-profit, charitable organization supported by individual donations, businesses, foundations, service clubs, civic and religious organizations, and grants. The Neighborhood Health Clinic does not accept any government funding.
